Thanks Toxicpanda :) Yeah it definitely needed some contrast.
This painting has been bugging the hell out of me for a while. I worked into it a lot more but it still wasn't feeling right. I don't think the ship idea was coming together so I've done a repaint sketch in a slightly different direction. I think I prefer this design more although it needs alot more working into!
I think more contrast needs to be put in (again) with the house and background, and possibly something to fill in the empty sky? That's all I can think of so far besides the general rendering. Any crits much appreciated :)
