I like workin' with people, I like talkin' with people while I work, it's more fun that way and makes me also work more. My other partner Will has streaming difficulties which makes the workin' together part pretty hard as he isn't able to do skype screenshare/google hangout type of stuff, which I like doing.
I am all for pushing eachother etc., but for me it would suffice to just have someone to work and talk with. Don't really care about your level of skill, as long as you're committed and take this stuff serious.
