I'm sorry to hear you didn't fully enjoy your stay at other particular forum sites, but really - we're (as Dan and Dave put it) the underdog gym down the road. We don't need the "flashy gym equipment" and whatnot to become who we want to be..! It's all about pure, solid, effort and determination.

Don't be afraid to ask questions or anyyyything. We're a community, and a tight one at that!

I just got a bit too defensive when some of the members on ConceptArt told me stuff in a what i call a artsy fartsy way rather then any information that i couldve used but i am hopeing that its diffrent this time , ive learned to be a bit less defensive now though i still am a little heh
