I saved it as I normally did - Jpeg, Quality 12 - never changed a thing in the settings except sometimes Quality (to reduce file size). And then opened it as I normally would a Jpeg - using Windows Photo Viewer. Usually it's fine, until this time when I noticed a really big difference. It's a mystery still to me...
