You can bump your waking time early a little bit at a time, so like 30min earlier per week until you reach your goal. The tricky part of this plan is for impatient people like me who wants to cut from 9am to 5am immediately, and just can't be patient enough to follow that plan. That's why it's not working, but it's so hard to believe in the long term result and be patient!
