A couple more experiments with charcoal and pastel - I'm finding it tricky to handle but am really enjoying it.
I didn't time these but around 2 - 5 mins each, I'm really happy with the one of the far right.

Went a bit heavy with the smudging on this one, I like the smudged pastel background though, nice quick way to tone the background.
