Sci fi angel chick, i would appreciate some help.

Some thoughts:

• I think the wings should cast shadow on a lot of her body, especially the arms. They don't feel like they actually connect to her in any meaningful way so perhaps some depth and shadowing could help.
  
• If you consolidate the lighting to be mainly from above her and backlit, then use the purple beams which are pretty weak at the moment, as secondary lighting sources to bounce onto her body so that you can counteract that shadowing and provide for a cool bounce vs warm backlighting.
  
• Her body is foreshortened but the wings aren't at all which makes them seem tacked on.
  
• Because you have used photo textures for the wings they are a much higher texture density than the rest of the painting which I think draws too much focus
  
• Expression and intent: What is she doing, what is she thinking, what is she feeling. Her pose and expression should make this abundantly clear. Move away from default/neutral expressions because they say nothing, towards a specific emotion or feeling. This will aid narrative and interest.
