Foreshortening

It's hard to say, since these kind of poses tend to have exaggerated perspective for storytelling's sake. You can check the pose by taping a long mirror to the ceiling, and look up while standing on one leg, but that's a lot of work (and tape) to go through for an illustration (or is it...?). I can only say the shoulders - especially the left one - seem too narrow. They're supposed to be 1 head width, right? And since they're so close to the head, even with an extreme or exaggerated view, they should still be about 1 head width. Right now they're only 50% head width.
