I'm in looove with the red hair girl's portrait! Great job there with the brush work! :)

For the post #324, top painting, I really like it a lot! Maybe try to add something with an electric blue tone in the foreground, so it will be a reminder of the lightning bolt in the background and might add some interest to the composition.. Also I'd lower the lighting in the far horizon, makes it loose a lot of depth I think. But that's just my two cents! :)
