Hi, Adam! Thank you very much for your insight. I thought about what bothered me and came to the conclusion I don't really like realism, so, I decided I won't push it very hard.
Currently, my focus is on making facial features studies. I hope I'll start making some portraits in the near future as I don't really feel confident enough to just start painting them from imagination now.
