If anybody knows how to make the color more realistic, how to add more detaill and shading and how I could improve my version in the direction of the professional version, please let me know. If you know a tutorial or teacher, tell me.

The main issue are values. Check out Anthony Jones on youtube. He has some great tutorials and is a master of values.

Here's my latest speedpaint. Its a card for the Online Card Game 'Hearthstone - Heroes of Warcraft'.
Its the artwork that the Dreadlord I posted was from.

This seems to be the best I am able to create at my current stage in digital.
Took me very long time and even if you might see some flaws if you are more advanced,
I really like how it turned out:
