In my opinion it's nothing wrong in picking references with makeup, at the end of the day when you're drawing woman you probably want to draw attractive one xD

Well i just meant that the eyeliner can confuse the shape of the eye a lot, especially in lower quality photos. Or maybe thats just my dislike of makeup talking lol
