Welcome Gen!! Really like the portrait, maybe push values more in the hair parts, or play with some hair texture? Gestures look nice, try to pay attention to the lines so they follow the pose flow, in some cases they are somewhat disrupting the flow of the pose. But nice post, keep it up :D
