Hey! I've been looking for an art partner as well, but it seemed like most people on this site want people who are free like 24/7. :/
I am currently working to improve my skills and work in an anime style as well. It would be nice to find someone to swap WIPs with and get feedback. We can push each their to try new things and critique one another. I work mainly digital but I do most of my anatomy and guesture practice traditionally. I usually dedicate ~14-15 hours a week to my studies.
