Oh, yeah totally! Actually, the one you pointed out is one of my favourites. But, I'm definitely leaning pinky over there, 'cause it's got this... Tacky/cheesy feel to it. I dunno.

And you don't often see yellow neon lights. Grin

But, in any case, maybe try to look for more references for how you might like the lighting?

is something I found. Not an easy subject material to find though, Lol.

Maybe the ambient lighting could be this dingy, yellow overcast, and then these neon lights. I dunno if it would be confusing and difficult to read, though.
