I tweaked the silhouette a little. The pose wasn't very dynamic.
I twisted her pelvis a little and put her left leg more in the back.
That way it kind of feels more like she's doing something as opposed to just standing there.

Oh she's being shot at, didn't really see that. In that case, yeah, it's probably best to find some reference and make her twist around the waist more.
