Where to start first?

Hey, eru! If you are wanting to get into concept art, you should look at which field of you want to do. Do you want to design characters? Maybe environments or creatures? After you figure out just what it is you wanna do just start doing things that would help you get better at that. Characters for example, would benefit from human anatomy, clothing studies, etc. For designs themselves just look at the world and pay attention to how things are designed. Fashion, architecture, animals, whatever~ And then apply those things to your own ideas to make them better.
