Looking for someone to teach me/answer my questions

I'm so new to digital drawing.... and I dont really have a starting point, I dont know how to start I doubt I even have my tablet set up right and I'm unsure how to even start to draw, with what brush, how big shall the brush be, how big should the cavas be an all such things.... I need a little guidance.. I'm from Germany, GMT+1/+2

I'd really be so grateful if someone could help me out a bit.
