Goal - Drop 66lbs (30kilos)

Alright so I'm 24, about 5'3 (162cm) and weigh pretty much exactly 200lbs/90kgs.

My goal, is to drop around 66lbs/30kg, aiming to lose 1-2kgs a week until I hit my goal, at which point I might start some light weight training.

So here goes!

Thanks man, thought I'd throw a quick update out.. So it took me a while to get motivated and started.

I finally got myself started on Christmas (25th December, 2013), which means I've been dieting and exercising for a bit over month now. At Christmas I weighed in at 92kgs/202.8lbs, now, a month and a bit later, I'm down to 82.5kgs / 181.8lbs. Putting me at a total loss of 9.5kgs / 20.9lbs :)

Hey, good work! Keep it up, and don't wait to start that light strength training! It helps along the way.

yeah, I agree with Tygerson. Muscle helps you burn calories faster... Lift some weights!
