Ripped in 90 days ( hopefully)
Hey, im 18 years old and I´m not in bad shape, but I want to take my fitness to the next level. My eating habits hasn´t been all that good before. That´s changed now. I have cut almost all the bad sugars and fats from my diets during the last weeks. I started a program called p90x. Its intense home based circuit training workout. It lasts for 90 days, where you train 6 times, on the seventh day you can either rest or stretch. The workouts last 1 hour each with an additional 20 minute workout on 3 of the days. Im worried this might be way too time consuming, but im hoping its just an investment and that ill get more out of my time than I did before.

Im doing this to gain more confidence, creating good habits before I leave home and getting a high energy level. With a higher energy level I can sort out other aspects of my life more efficiently so I get more time to focus on art. Im going to take a picture evry day on the exact same spot until day 90, then ill make a gif or something to show the progression. I will do updates evry 30 days, or whenever I see significant progress.

How comes the progress?

Just be understanding that, depending on your LONG long-term goals, programs like P90X and Insanity are early building blocks and won't get you massive gains. I'm coming up on 4 years and I expect another 2-4 years before I'm coming up on my max natural genetic potential for muscle building.
