Goals for the next month
#1
1) Start eating healthier, more vegetables & fruits. Figure out how to eat a balanced, plant-based diet.
2) Begin cutting out alcohol, a huge time waster, money waster, and just generally cutting your creativity.
3) Draw in sketchbook for at least an hour every day.
4) Actually start doing warm-up drawings for 10 minutes.
5) Draw at least 1 figure every day.
6) Start studying the things you struggle with. Hands, feet, legs, poses. Pick one for the day and really work on it.
7) Try to meditate for 20 minutes, or just sit in silence and have a period of calm relaxation before bedtime.
8) Stop being so incredibly negative to yourself. If an abusive thought occurs, counter it with something nice about yourself. Make a real effort to be nice to yourself.
