Artloader Biomechanical Maintenance 2017

Since I'm not getting any younger and if my body falls apart my artistic progress would be severely compromised, I have designed this 10 point programme to maintain my biomechanics for durability and reliability:
  1. Do 10 push-ups every day [Running Total = 150] [Running Target = 170].
  2. Do 7 stomach crunches every day [Running Total = 91] [Running Target = 112].
  3. Do 3 pull-ups every day [Running Total = 42] [Running Target = 45].
  4. Walk for 1 mile every day [Running Total = 14] [Running Target = 15].
  5. Run for 2 miles once a week [Running Total = 2] [Running Target = 6].
  6. Eat 1 handful of nuts every day [Running Total = 17] [Running Target =18].
  7. Eat 2 pieces of fruit every day [Running Total = 36] [Running Target = 36].
  8. Drink 2 litres of water every day [Running Total = 33] [Running Target = 36].
  9. Sleep for at least 6.5 hours every day [Running Total = 99.5] [Running Target = 116].
  10. Chill out and count my blessings for 10 minutes every day [Running Total = 155] [Running Target = 180].
Running totals updated to include: Thu 19th Jan 2017.

I will try to follow this for the whole of 2017 and post a performance report every month. Let's see how I get on!

It's debatable whether or not what you're trying to achieve is indeed impossible. One thing's for sure: it's impossible to defeat a person who doesn't know how to quit.

F. I also need to start jogging again, but too chilly outside :/, am in waiting of better days :D. Sounds like a good list to follow, have fun! :P

Thanks Razvan :). Yeah it's subzero here in the UK at the moment but I've got some cold weather running gear that I haven't used for a long time so I've got no excuses!

Good plan Artloader! Except, aren't you supposed to increase the number of push-ups and crunches over a span of several days? :D Got to continue my push-ups and crunches practice as well, and getting enough sleep is important as well

Well I'm not to bothered about getting fitter and fitter, I just want to maintain a certain level without it becoming a chore, so my plan is designed to be easy to keep up indefinitey.

Good luck with your crunches and push-ups, how many are you doing? If it's more than me then forget I asked ;).
