--Definitely. I like the final image more so than the process. Like...I DO enjoy the process...but not enough to work through a drawing that isn't informed by some sort of mental repository. When i draw, I always have an idea of how i want a drawing to lay on a page. Even when scribbling, i want the result to be composed nicely. Whenever i do empty my brain, it's because i plan on studying so i can fill in the gaps later.

--Gotta get zen with it, Jak. Focus your attention to each motion and dont think about it just do it. I had a break through with apply this the other day. The problem is when you over think things. Thinking itself during the act of drawing is the actual road block. I could go into more about the theory behind why this is but its too long for the shout box.
