Study a day, day 2. ^_^
Fedodika: Heheheh, man oh man, relax and chill, this is some critique you gave me. :D You should know by now that I can draw anatomy pretty well, at least for my standards. I know you check my pages, so look at that girl with crows and graves around her, or go to page 2 of this sketchbook. Similar pose, isn't? xD Anatomy was not my goal in this study (it was on page 2 of this sketchbook, so check em out, I guess they went pretty well, cause none critiqued me xD), and I think we have different meanings of a 'study' so let me explain mine.
I set myself a specific goal and go with it in the time available to me. My goal with those studies is to improve my workflow efficiency, brushwork and overall ability to PAINT ONLY WHAT IS NECESSARY to create a feeling that I want to express. I think I did just that with yesterday's study and even more so with the one I did today, but judge for yourself. You may ask - so why this study had such poor anatomy etc, compared to the ones before? Well, the difference lies in time - 2 h vs. 20+ h. Tho of course I agree, i could've done this better, and I will in time. ;)
And I don't think it would be a good idea to copy it pixel for pixel, it's not supposed to be a copy. As I said it's not my goal. ;) I did just that in the year before, and one can learn a whole lot as you said, but now I know I need something like this, so I'm doing it. :D Thanks anyway, today I was super careful to make her anatomy right, tho it wasn't my intention to copy it exactly. Cheers, mate. ;)

Why do you complain of your fate when you could so easily change it?
