My concern is mostly with the weapon the way they are holding them as well as the shape of that dagger which just look not very well thought out also this weapon would break easly coming to such a narrow point and that ''almost liquid like point'' i am just saying that not realistic.
In the end i believe you made some rather small technical choose but because of how much there is in the scene it causing some questionable choose and small mistake to pil up. For example if he(foreground character) was correctly holding is sword the sword would point up in the lower section of the image. The guy behind the mid ground running character the pommel would feel a little longer and the blade would follow a even more down ward angle. There would also be element of is armor like the armpit section that would be showing where two armor piece show up ike i mention in a previous comment since this not a full body armor like the one use in heavy cavalry where there is a special piece that cover the arm pit against lance.
There also a few questionable element in perspective such as the item or the character resting on the floor this might need to be double check and adjusted.
One thing i would add is maybe simplifying the way he is holding the weapon in the foreground rather then hold with both hand just have the arm extended and remove the extra hand because it not very clear and unnecessary detail.
One thing i want to mention is that i like the horse there is great strength in that ''action'' and it size contribute to the impression of danger and movement i think you wish to convey.
I also like what you did with the grey of the lineart implying distance with just reducing the strenght of the grey value.I think that a genius way to create depth in the image at such a early stage and it a help the easy to feel what important in the scene.
