The torso feel flat sadly .My advise keep working on anatomy. For the arm also he as pretty weak arm i imagine him throwing that trident like a mad men. A bit more indication of how the muscle overlap would give those arm some form i feel the sketch had those detail somewhat but it got lost in translation during the digital version
I would say your getting some point for the feeling of being underwater.
