oh just blender,- it was a good intermission and taught me a few things about light. 

 here's some more loose sketches from today. Still feels like I'm relearning how to draw tbh,

 I think in the past I relied too much on photoshop and large brushes instead of well constructed drawings. Instead of the super detailed stuff I wanted to do in the past, I've been leaning more towards the cartoony/painterly side of things and have a good idea of my direction. My hands can't keep up with the kind of art I wanted to do originally, but as artists and humans we learn to adapt. I just need to focus more on the joy it brings me for a while, and the rest will come with time.
