Very solid updates as always!  Only critique I can think of is that your midtones might be slightly too light, but that could just be a personal preference than a critique.  Keep up the great work!

Long time no update! I created a draft ages ago, but things got in the way. [Even more now as I'm trying to pitch a TV show. Not NDAed, but not sure if I can share concept art, but I'll soo pumped!  ] Huzzah, finally finished the CSP Digital painting course! Though I'd imagine I'll refer back to it, especially regarding filling in flats under the lines, my skills there are a bit so-so.

I've moved on to the 'Fantasy and Science-Fiction Digital Illustration' course by Nimrod Villar. Whipped out my reference books for this! He started sketchy, the whole point was idea ideation that you could use as a base character sheets for the image, but I got so frustrated I returned to trad, just to remind myself I could draw.

When back to the 'Lying in roses with oil spill girl'. It originally gonna be a pencil version, then colour, but though 'Fuck it!' and just used coloured pencils and light on the actual graphite. 



I don't have a lot of juvenilia to work with. Too self-conscious, but I did manage to find a couple of things. Great for a 'Draw in Again' meme! 13 and reverse the numbers.   I used as many refs as I needed. Around 85% done, may do my trademark black background, we'll see. Trying to get the wings symmetrical was much a flipping pain.







Did this drawing of Clara Hill and I wasn't too worried about having 100% accurate likeness. I was just doing what I liked and allowing my natural inclination to flow and I had sure a fantastic time! Truely.
