I love akroma it use to me the name of one of my character in a video game obviously it just borrowed from mtg.I dont really want to spen time talking about about it since it mostly symmetry the line weight isn,t that special it sure is clean so even if i was pretty strict on your last one i see you can actually do clean stuff so take what i said with a grain of salt. I add that you could think of line weight with light in mind... but that a topic where it best shown than explain i recommend you look for video on that topic.
Studying artist is a trap when leaking fundamental as you need to be able to pick up on what choose they make. Some people actually hinder there progress because they shut down there active thinking they just visually copy and they regress to 2d thinking which is i know probably an abstract concept to understand since it hard to conceptualize. But let resume it to turning your brain into a printer rather than a thinking machine. Imagine what a camera see it capture a image but there isnt any understand of the subject matter it behavior and 3d nature is lost some who see a picture doesn't see have information outside that picture unless they close the gap somehow. What important is to be a thinking drawing machine. When an artist is not in front of you the information is rather mysterious and guess work the decision making process they gone through is obscure and it base on deduction but for deduction you need to understand what rule they are bending.
I am not to convince by the fundamental shown so far to advise for you to study other artist you need to build an understanding of form.Other artist are not perfect but if they make mistake how are you going to catch them yourself... that the issue here you dont want to study someone and pick up there bad habit let say it like that and for that you need strong fundamental.I know it tempting to study other artist if you dont have any teacher. It like explore the world without a map and following the blind...
Going after someone else Stylization is not good understand of anatomy that mean you also pick up weird proportion and possibly you cant make your own stylization because you dont know the starting point.
Would you build a house by building the roof first? There an order to learning and building fundamental.
But i dont want to make this a long post and it mostly personal to your artistic goal.
If you want to know what work better try drawing the same head from different and keep the result consistent (i recommend to find a picture of someone with bald head that as multiple photo of them).Construction are a formula using a center point to draw feature doesnt help you understand the form you are kinda stuck with the reference the thing with construction is you are building muscle memory via repetition when you copy someone you are not learning to understand the form of the head you are in a way piecing 2d shape together and that dangerous. It why problem like ellipse error occur it that fundamental understand of perspective that break down.
You can try the loomis construction method for the head but first just try drawing the same head from 3 different angle minimum.
