beginnings

hey all, after a considerable amount of dallying around, i have come to admit my work needs tremendous amounts of improvement, and that i cannot wait around the turn of the year for it to show up. i need to focus on the fundamentals of drawing and colors and i hope i get through it before the fear of the blank page gets to me.
so here it goes, my daily struggle log of studies and doodles. critiques and comments are most welcome.
