Aaaaah, yes, distractions, distractions... I know exactly what you mean!
I make sure I get in at least 12hours of study a day with 1 hour MAX of sources outside of art like Facebook, YouTube (depending on what I watch), TV (although the news is important)
I hope you're able to stay focussed as well!
