Really liking your Rusalka 
she feels very powerful! I also like the concept, really cool.
one thing I will say though is the value range on the character seems a little small to me. There isn't really and strong darks or lights on the character but I dunno... take what I say with a pinch of salt, im not that great with critiquing others work.
