This is everything I've been working on the past week. Again spending more time with values, working my way through Basic Rendering 3 from the Ctrl+Paint store. Currently learning how to have a full value range in a painting, diffuse vs. direct light, and atmospheric perspective.
The character sketches are for week 5 of my class with Anthony Jones. The assignment is take a character design and level it up twice, and to paint single character portraits based on an idea or story.
