Image Practice Tool?

I was wondering if anyone has come across a program or tool where it was sort of like a slideshow viewer program but you could input the amount of time it showed images and each image was random within the specific chosen folder?

It would be just like the practice tools at http://artists.pixelovely.com but I could choose my own image folders on my computer. I've got tons of reference images and I would like customize my practice a little more. Like portraits one day, hands another, specific poses, etc.
