To be honest, it's maybe a good idea to work on the line, but your sketches have a lot of nice energy and some kind of flow. Don't kill that. I think that line cleans up with time. You kind of know in advance where to put the line without "interpolating" it on paper.
It's a somewhat solitary existence, a bit like a lighthouse keeper throwing a beam out into the darkness, in faith that this action might help someone unseen.
