Looks good, man. I really like those gesture drawings you've done, I'd just try and incorporate it to your characters when doing designs and such. Characters are more than just a costume so make sure you show it when designing ideas for characters.
Apart from that, keep an eye out for muddy colors/values. They sometimes appear and make edges and forms a little messy.

This sketchbook looks promising so keep on working hard!
