Character Portrait PLEASE HELP!!!

A character Portrait I am working on, really need help with a few issues like the eyes, mouth, hair and color. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Dark-fenrir

For this kind of thing there really is no going around studying reference of human faces. When I say study reference I don't mean copy photos into your image, but look at photos and compare them to your painting and ask yourself if it really looks accurate, look at the size of the eyes, the length of the nose, the form of the head, all that, and adjust your drawing until it looks accurate.

Another thing is the light in the image, you have a natural light coming in from the left, but also a blueish light coming in from roughly the same direction, which doesnt make much sense.
I made a quick paintover to show you what I mean, where I adjusted the anatonomy of the face to look more accurate and I moved the blue light you had to the right side of his face and used it as a means of bringing out the three-dimensional shape of his head.
