How do I customise my Photoshop Elements?

Yo!
Sorry, bit of a noobish question coming up - I've looked through Google but I haven't found a yay or a nay on this subject so I thought I'd ask here. :)

I've got Photoshop Elements 6.0 and but I can't find the place to change my shortcut keys. Is this function missing in Elements or am I just looking in the wrong spot?

Any help is greatly appreciated! :D
