This is a really good start, you've got some clearly defined shapes and really nice anatomy going on, especally in the visable arm. Then I think you should look at the other side? Is his arm just hanging straight down, or is it like his other arm, tensed and ready, because you'd see that beneath the cloak.

Some more focus should be put into the head and neck anatomy from my opinion, his neck is looking abit strange, its huge and oddly tapering. If youre going for a "no neck, all muscle" look there is still neck there its just the back muscles or trapizus hook over it so thickly its hard to see.

My only other question is about the lighting in the lower right of Batmans body, there is suddenly red, why? Its nice I like the contrast with the bluish hue of everything it just seems abit thrown in there, if you bump it up a tad im sure it will flow alot more naturally.
