Does constructive critic really works?

Critique, in a forum like this we look to each other for honest assessments of our work. On the other hand if the user is new or has never posted before it is best to default the critique to an established norm, some people call it a critique sandwhich, managers use this technique with their workers. First give one positive comment, then one thing they could work on and end it with a positive. In this way it does not matter if the user is advanced or a beginner, the crit will be helpful to the user.

If the user is asking for a critique then NO WORK SUCKS, it is just a matter of we're they are at on their path to becoming an amazing artist.
