hi,

My Name is Nikolai Ostertag. I am 21 years old. I live in Germany. I work at a little Indie game company. I need to improve myself for me and the company fast. I never studied art at school or something. I hope i can get some advice here how to improve myself.

oh, and my english realy sucks -.- im really not speak genie ..
