butterscotts Thanks. The stylized faces aren't really on purpose. I just can't draw real faces. One day I hope to draw environments. Trying to do things one at a time.

T. Freitas Thanks

Some failed stuff, and a video with my voice. Gave up on these things. I just couldn't do it. I tried doing some personal stuff, but it's just half-assed stuff that I don't put any heart behind.

Jesus I can't believe this site is still alive. Could of sworn it was defunct. Also can't believe I still remember my password for this account. Well hello again. A lot has changed in ten years and I can tell you I haven't become the artist I wanted. I did go on a several year hiatus. Depression maybe. Don't know. Now I'm working a desk job feeling unfulfilled. I picked up drawing again sometime around October 2024. Started a few projects such as a personal art blog, livestreaming, and posting whatever I can on all the social medias. Back then I used to mainly do studies and not enough fun personal projects. I believe that may have contributed to my burnout.

The attached are pieces I've done the past few months. It's not much, but this is what I can do with the time I have available. I'm glad to be back and hope to stick around.

Crimson Dagger is the last man standing regarding Web 2.0 forums. Regarding programs having their own, Krita now has their own kind of one, but the layout reminds me of old oekaki pages. I know the feel about 'not being the artist you wanted to be'. Now, I'm just focused on having fun completing my own projects. If stuff comes from it cool, if not... Still want to do something creatively fulfilling as a career, even if not as an artist.

I see during that decade MIA you've developed your own style. It's like you were following what you wanted to draw, rather than what people were telling you to. It's giving me 'Sam and Max' vibes. Nice cartoon strip Easter eggs.
