Hey there Lottusz - welcome to the forum.

Firstly that hand is looking really good.  The main problem I can see is the arm.  If it was me I would bend the elbow a little bit.  Best thing to do is to get into that pose yourself and sketch it out.

Anyway I did a quick drawover for you - hope it helps.
