Action or pluging to draw symetrically along an axis

Hi i am currently using photoshop cs6 i am looking for an action//plugin that could help me draw symmetrically along an axis both horizontally or vertically.If you know if such action exist or you have the know how i would be interested.The main purpose is to speed up the process when doing character design in front view.If possible the mirroring would be shown in real time as i use the brush rather than be taking effect after pressing or doing a few shortcut also if possible the erase would be able to erase in the same fashion.Thank you in advance

Well since my version of photoshop doesn't seem to support my need i choose to try sketchbook pro as i seen it one of the software with such feature.Thank anyway for those who took time to check this post.
