Hey! :-) thought I'd start a sketchbook over here, hope to keep it updated regularly, starting with some things I've done recently. Looking at other people's work has made me want to work harder, I want to do everything I can to improve! Thanks \o/

Master study, I think I'm going to add colour to it once I'm closer to finishing it, I'm really bad with colour

finished the Rembrandt copy yesterday, afterwards decided I ought to get back to handling colour after working only in greyscale a while :) You can tell I rushed the photo studies, couldn't figure out how to start them off so I just started throwing random brushes around, which didn't work out very well, didn't even end up finishing them. I think I have a better idea of how to start off now though.

Hello crimson daggers! I haven't been posting in a while because I've just been doing some anatomy work, but I think I'm going to start posting again because being a solo player gets a little lonely sometimes :-(.. Summer's over so I'm back at college (graphic design) probably won't be drawing as much now which sucks but I'm just going to have to make time for it!! Here's some studies, going to be doing lots of these so I can get better at drawing from imagination

Just been doing more of the same anatomy/loomis studies since last update, gonna start applying it all soon!

Seems about time to update this, started up weekly figure drawing classes again, doing some imaginative portraits and just trying to apply things I've learnt. Also a quick fan art sketch to try and ease myself back into doing digital work.

2 weeks since my last update and I'm missing when I was able to draw all day every day. I still do have time to draw, but when it gets down to it, I just find myself copying out of the same old books, I've developed a fear of drawing from imagination, but I'm sure it'll pass.
