Impressive variety in your concepts, well done! You seem to handle well realism in vehicles as well as more stylized characters. Keep it coming!

I think your traditional work at the moment far outweighs your digital when it comes to character studies. I would honestly go back to the basics and maybe try doing a crapload of pose studies, Loomis, Bridgeman, etc.

Try here: http://characterdesigns.com/
and here: http://artists.pixelovely.com/

That step-technique for breaking down the face was actually pretty insightful, you just have to make sure to apply it.

I would honestly suggest to continually look back at the work you made previously and expand upon it as much as you can because your first page was on a very good upward trajectory for your characters. And as for speedpaints, while they are fun and a great warm-up, I wouldn't consider doing them for anything more than that at the moment because they can have the possibilty of affecting your work for the negative if you use them as anything but a warm-up.
It's more important in my opinion to think about each stroke you lay down instead of mindlessly slashing the canvas with paint as fast as possible.

All that being said, even from the beginning your vehicles have been pretty damn spot-on! As something I personally struggle with, I think you've got it down already. I love the technical drawing you did on the first page, and it seems to have only gotten better.
Something you could try to really expand upon this maybe is to just draw random solid shapes and make an attempt to turn them all into vehicles of some sort. Sometimes the sheer randomness can make for some really interesting results!

Anyway, I say just keep it up!

-Matkaminski- Thank you for your feedback. I am aware that my characters are a bit crap and that's mostly because i didn't do any anatomy study in the last 6 months or so .[bad for me:(]
But i started again to study.
When i do speedpaintings i do them just to see how far can i achieve in a short time and if i can put down the idea i previously had in mind.I don't do them too often anyway but it helps me to do them but when i do i try to think about everything.
Those 30min spitpaintings sucks because i didnt had my mind set up for them.

I hope sometime soon i can post some concepts i did and i'm doing for a game.

Meanwhile i just gonna post some studies and other things.

This next one is more like a sketch. i just wanted to see if i can achieve the underwater colors and do some stuff around there oh yeah and the lighting. It's not a finished work or wip.
