Hey Milena! you have an interesting name hehe and you have a unique personality i thinks :P 

Hmm, Your coloring is interesting, i can see you have a different taste in colors than I do for sure; But that's a good thing! I think you should work more on your proportions and drawing skillz, like fundamentals

You can see here the problem isn't so much values or detail, its the shape of the head

Try to take your painting and overlay the reference on top of your painting and line it up to see the differences, it can be shocking for even long time artists :o

Also do stuff like this until you get sick of it, then do it more haha. I think it was Jason Seiler who said, Drawing is good, drawing more is better, drawing more is even better, painting is fine, but drawing is just better.
