Hi and welcome to the forum!) Great stuff here but I see that you have much to learn. Here some tips that might help you out.
If you want to do some character concept art that you should do that and not just environments cuz character concept-art is a bit different that environments or illustration.
You should focus on fundamentals. I see that your colors have a unique style and they are interesting really but for now focus on values, proportions of a human body, basic anatomy knowledge, lighting. Try to light basic shapes (cubes, spheres etc.). Wee all do this) I'm not a pro-artist but we all came here to become better. So keep drawing, posting here and struggling)
