Hi there Nikita :). First of all, welcome to Crimson Daggers!
I like the way you've rendered the mermaid - looks pretty scary. If you want to show the mermaid catching sailors, maybe give yourself a bit more space - at the moment the mermaid takes up quite a lot of room in the composition. Also instead of having mainly vertical movement, you could try experimenting with more movement horizontally? What I mean is maybe have the mermaid leaping up and across rather than just up.
