Hey there Beluga_Sketch, welcome to the forum :).
Nice start here on your sketchbook. You've got some nice quick poses there. One thought I had that might help you is for you to try thinking a bit more 3-dimensionally in your work. With your quick poses, try using some wrapping lines to help you visualise the 3-dimensionality of the figures.
